Consider, The Retrospect
Ever since the age of six, Mitch spent a great amount of time teaching himself the drums. As he started establishing himself as a drummer while going through his early school years, Mitch always wanted to join a band. After hopping around a couple bands, none of them came to be what he thought they would be. Realizing this, he figured he’d take matter into his own hands and start to do it all himself. Mitch started teaching himself how to play other instruments like guitar, bass guitar, and piano. Songwriting then became very natural to Mitch, and from that point on, he embarked on working toward’s his own project while attending college. He named the project “The Retrospect”, and planned on launching it once he was done with school. During his final semester in 2018 however, however, Mitch joined the established pop rock group Liberty Deep Down and decided to put The Retrospect on hold.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Mitch started spending a lot of time to himself. The itch to start working on The Retrospect again kept becoming present, and eventually, he took on the initiative and started to track his own demos. After five years of doing nothing with The Retrospect, he decided it was time to finally go for it.
Following the release of his debut single “Figure Me Out”, Mitch looks to continue to embark on the journey of The Retrospect.
